Caution: unexpected sloth crossing up ahead!
Travelers on a road in Punta Arenas, Costa Rica, were met with an unusual traffic jam thanks to a sloth trying to make his way across the street. To make sure this endangered animal made it safely to the other side, local police hurried over to escort him.
A crowd began to gather as the adorable creature slowly but surely made his way to the safety of the grass. It may have taken him a while to get there, but no one seemed to mind. It's not every day that you get to see a sloth in person, after all!
