Any parent who’s had a toddler will tell you that when they find something they love, it becomes their entire personality. Some kids like superheroes. Others like puppy dogs. Maybe they’re a huge fan of Disney movies. If a little kid loves it, then your best bet is to learn to love it too. Eryn Donaldson-Graf didn’t have to work too hard to get excited about her son William’s favorite thing: disco music. The 2-year-old became obsessed with Earth, Wind & Fire, so she threw him a birthday party that went viral for being the grooviest bash since Shaft wore polyester.

The Earth, Wind & Fire Birthday Party Was a Huge Hit
Eryn told People that creating a 1970s theme wasn’t the hard part. She wanted to make sure that all the other kids would enjoy it just as much as William.
“The biggest thing for me was making sure it was still completely functional for a bunch of 2-year-olds,” she said. “It could look cool for the adults, but the kids needed to actually be able to run around and have fun.”
TikTokers went crazy when they saw the party.
“I was born the 21st night of September, and I am stealing this!!!” A fan wrote.
We love this person’s comment and that Eryn went all in.
“I love when children have strange interests, because why does a toddler know about them, let alone enough to have a themed party,” they wrote.
Eryn didn’t miss a beat when it came to her son’s Earth, Wind & Fire party.
“Each child got a tote bag, an ‘Earth, William & Fire’ band T-shirt, a personalized diaper bag with their name on it, and a few other little items,” she added. “It was another fun way to carry the theme all the way through to the end of the party.”
William is one lucky. We can’t wait to see what his mom comes up with for his third birthday bash.
