If there’s one thing Americans love, it’s nostalgia. We can’t get enough of the good old days, and when one of our favorite brands stages a comeback, we are all in. There’s been great news lately about places like Ground Round and Chi-Chi’s reentering the market. And now, Roy Rogers is getting in on the fun. Once boasting more than 600 locations, Roy Rogers began to wane in the 1990s. After selling and closing many locations, some wondered if the chain would be gone for good. But today, the restaurant known for its burgers, chicken, and roast beef is opening new locations and bringing the classics to a new generation.
