News Anchor Spent 26 Weeks Teaching Son ABCs, But His Unique Version Has An Adorable Twist.

This isn’t the first time a video of a child reciting the alphabet has gone viral! A few weeks ago, we introduced you to this hilarious little girl, who just wants to sing the ABCs like an aria. Now, a 4-yr-old boy named Tanner is making the ABCs go viral again with his unique recitation.

Tanner’s dad– news anchor Taylor Hemness– spent all summer working with little Tanner to memorize the alphabet, along with a corresponding Bible verse for each letter! For example, for the letter A, Tanner would say “Ask and it will be given to you, seek and you will find” from Matthew 7:7; for B Tanner says “Be kind to one another” from Ephesians 4:32.

The adorable little boy– looking very dapper in a suit, bow tie, and boutonniere (we’re guessing Tyler and dad are getting ready for a wedding)– has a verse for each of the alphabet’s 26 letters. His memorization skills are truly impressive! But, more impressive than that, is the fact that his parents took the time to go over these verses with their son, raising him with the values they hold most important.

“I am so very proud of this kid.” says Dad Taylor, “We’ve been working on this all summer, one letter a week, and every time I thought a verse was too long or complicated, he’d prove me wrong. Now the hard part… Being the kind of dad who helps him live these words!”
