In the video showcasing this decorative work of art, a man seems to be holding an ordinary piece of wood. But then, in one swift motion, he reveals that there’s so much more to the bark than meets the eye. In the blink of an eye, it transforms into the base of an intricate fairy castle.

I don’t know about you, but the first time I watched this video, I had to do a double take! From the looks of it, there seems to be no way this piece of art can exist. Although the wood pieces made to create these castles aren’t very thick, they’re still large enough to secretly house these hidden elements. This can be seen in the video below.
As you can see, the closer you look at the wood, the more you can see the outline for the hidden castles. I can’t imagine the time and effort it takes in order to create something so beautifully detailed. Shout out to all of the clever, creative folks who help make our world a bit more magical!
