Milkshake was born to be a star.
The 17-month-old dog is as lovable as he is adorable. There’s something about him that makes people stop and stare – and it isn’t just his stunning blue eyes! According to his mom, Milkshake is one of less than 100 pink pugs in the world.

It was love at first sight for Maria of London, England!
“I had never even heard of pink pugs before, but when I went to the breeder and spotted Milkshake, I thought he was adorable and knew I had to have him,” she said.

While Milkshake’s pink-tinged fur comes from a lack of pigmentation, the condition fortunately hasn’t affected his health.
“He’s not actually albino — he just has the coloring so he doesn’t suffer from any sight loss or hearing loss,” Maria explained. “He’s a happy, healthy boy.”

What his fur has done is make thousands fall head over heels for him. Milkshake has his own Instagram page, where Maria gives fans a peek into his life – and boy, is it good!
His mom is no more immune to his charm than anyone else, and she can’t help but spoil the pup whenever she gets the chance. Spa days, photo shoots, and plenty of treats are all part of his regular routine.

Soon his pampering will reach a whole new level when he becomes an on-screen star! In addition to competing in national dog shows, the pug is working with a trainer to appear in commercials and movies.

But fame hasn’t gone to this precious pup’s head! Milkshake is happy to share the spotlight with his sister Princess… sometimes.

No matter what movies Milkshake ends up in, one thing is certain: He won’t stop bringing joy to his adoring fans!
“A lot of people messaged me saying they’d had a bad day and seeing Milkshake really cheered them up,” Maria said.
