Never underestimate the love between a dog and his family! That’s something that over a million people are being reminded of thanks to a video online that shows a joyous reunion between a family and their dog that was stolen five years ago.
After so much time had passed, this family likely thought they’d never see him again. But sometimes miracles happen, and this reunion certainly is one! In the video, a woman is let inside of a fenced in area where her pup is being kept. She immediately becomes emotional as she approaches the uncertain dog, but then as she begins to pet and cuddle him, something changes – between his mom’s voice and scent, he realizes he’s back where he belongs.
In an instant, the dog’s excitement is too much for him to contain! He jumps around, all the while making sure to give his mom all of the puppy kisses. To top off this heartwarming moment, his mom simply repeats “Mi amor.” Which, in English, means “My love.” How beautiful!
