This magician’s unique audition on “America’s Got Talent” was mysterious and spooky! Dressed in black, Artem Shchukin channeled Uncle Fester as he performed a series of captivating card tricks to the theme song from “The Addams Family.” What took his act over the top were his quirky, in-character dance moves and facial expressions. Delighted with Artem’s unconventional performance, all four judges voted him into the next round.
“Magical. Weird. Hilarious. It’s 100% yes,” said Simon Cowell.
The contestant did an adorable happy dance on stage as he received high praise from the four celebs, then gave Terry Crews a big kiss on the cheek! Howie Mandel said that he especially loved the character that Artem had created, adding that the magician reminded him of a mime or a clown.
“He looked like you a little bit,” Heidi Klum joked in response.
