We know that sometimes our kids say things while they’re at school that are completely made up. A kindergarten teacher once told us to believe only half of what our kids tell us happens there, and she’d believe only half of what our kids told her. That’s one lesson that stuck with us. There’s nothing more precious than a school talent show. Stephanie, who posts on TikTok as @_stephmorrison_, shared a hilarious story about her daughter signing up to play the piano at the school talent show, even though she had never tickled the ivories in her life. We see her husband carrying a keyboard out to the garage, and their daughter follows. Stephanie cried laughing.

“Man, I haven’t laughed this hard in a while,” Stephanie captioned her video. “I love being a parent (especially with my green-flag husband) and handling all the curveballs my kids throw at us with humor.”
The Little Girl Got to Work Learning to Play Piano for the Talent Show
Stephanie’s video went crazy viral with more than 6 million views. People immediately got on board to see what this little girl could do. We all know that confidence is king, and where there’s a will, there’s a way. She learned how to play the Bluey theme song on the piano in time for the talent show and did a tremendous job.
“I’m proud. But she’s prouder & that’s all that matters!!” Stephanie shared in a video of the child playing the piano.
“May we all be blessed with this level of audacity. Keep going!” a comment reads.
“I know a queen when I see one, she set up a goal and definitely accomplished it,” another person shared.
This person said what we all want to know.
“BUT HOW DID SHE DO SO GREAT in just 48 hours? That’s raw talent. Love this for her and for you, Momma!” They wrote.
We’ll be following for updates, but this girl had better be in the talent show. If not, when are the next America’s Got Talent auditions?
