If you’re a pet owner, chances are you’re as guilty as the rest of us when it comes to talking to your pet. Many owners, myself included, are prone to full blown conversations with their furry friend. It’s not weird in the moment, but any bystander will tell you it’s a hilarious sight to witness. But that’s not the only hilarious thing pet parents are likely to do.
We’ve seen people dress their dogs up for halloween and even give their little ones a voice through hilariously captioned pictures. No matter how you slice it, there’s simply nothing better in the world.

In the video, a dog owner filmed himself and his best friend discussing the possibility of bringing a kitten home to the family. Rest assured, the dog’s reaction is not what you’d expect.
The owner describes his journey to the pet store to peruse a selection of a potential pets. He describes to his pup the process of considering everything from parakeets to guinea pigs, but hits an absolute homerun when he brings up the long-awaited kitten.
