Kangaroos Welcome Lost Sheep Into Their Family With Open Pouches.

Thanks to some kindhearted folks, a lost sheep in Australia gets a new start in life! Sugar the sheep’s journey began five years ago. He wandered off from his home and wasn’t expected to be found again. Then, just days ago, the fluffy sheet was spotted by Georgia Duncan, a supply operator at Melbourne Water.

What was Sugar up to all this time? We can never know for certain, but what we do know is that most recently, he managed to befriend a herd of kangaroo. Actually, it would be more accurate to say that Sugar became an additional member of their marsupial family.

Since being discovered, he was taken to Vets For Compassion, a nonprofit that takes care of sweet creatures like Sugar. Here, he received an overdue sheering, making him look brand new! He was also given a check-up. Luckily, it seems his kangaroo family helped take good care of him!

Once Sugar has proven to be well enough, he’ll get to go home with his new family: Georgia, the kind person who found him! I like to think that his kangaroo family is very happy for him.

Watch Sugar the sheep get a makeover after he was found with his new family of kangaroos in the video below.
