The 4-year-old began his obsession with garbage men by just waving at them, then it grew into not only helping them with his own garbage bins, but with his neighbors’, too!
The sweet boy’s efforts were noticed by those around him, and the city wanted to give him a very special gift.
When Jobiah receives his special surprise, the joy in his eyes is unmistakable and totally contagious. It’s wonderful to see such happiness on a child’s face!
