October 13, 2026, was the end of the dream for Guillermo Rodriguez and Witney Carson on Dancing with the Stars. The pair never had high scores, but what they lacked in technique they more than made up with charm and spirit. Jimmy Kimmel, Guillermo’s longtime colleague and friend, didn’t mince words after the painful elimination.

“Once again, Guillermo’s in the bottom two. And once again, he relied on you, the viewers, to pull him through,” he said. Jimmy Kimmel called Guillermo Rodriguez’s elimination “A kick in the Mirroballs.”
Jimmy Kimmel Encouraged Guillermo Rodriguez to Fight His Elimination
Jimmy Kimmel talked to Guillermo Rodriguez and Witney Carson after the elimination and let them know just how he felt.
“First of all, this is an outrage,” Jimmy said. “Will you accept the results or will you take legal action?”
“I think we should take legal action, “Guillermo joked.
Witney agreed that she’s ready.
Jimmy then thanked Witney for helping Guillermo hone his dancing skills.
“Again, thank you, Witney, for taking such good care of Guillermo throughout this. Guillermo, you have brought so much joy to so many, and now we have nothing to look forward to ever again,” he joked.
Seeing Guillermo and Witney eliminated saddened many of the couple’s fans.
“The physical embodiment of the spirit of the program. Say what you want about the man’s dancing, but you can’t say what you want about the man, the myth, the legend of Guillermo Rodriguez,” a fan wrote on X.
