The father of three is the owner of The Brave One Gym in Clive, Iowa. He’s determined to raise his daughters, 7-year-old Prisais Brooklyn and 4-year-old Freya Ann, to be powerful young women.
The girls love pumping iron with their dad, who couldn’t be prouder every time they hit a new goal! So when Freya Ann recently nailed a lift with 15 pounds, James lost it in the cutest way, going from trainer to cheerleader in a heartbeat!
