Jack Black Knows The Best Way To Deal With Annoying Paparazzi…

Jack Black demonstrating Kung Fu moves on a Gold Coast beach.

On a recent visit to the Gold Coast in Queensland, Australia, Jack Black encountered a persistent photojournalist. To be left alone, Jack Black did what the actor does best. He started bouncing around in a martial arts stance, looking like an insane Kung Fu Panda.

As he bounced around, he threw some Judo-style punches, missing the photographer. Then came a flying Judo-style kick that also narrowly missed. At that point, the photographer asked Jack Black, “You know that I’m recording?” Jack got a sober look on his face, shook his head slowly, then turned and trotted across the beach. The footage was posted by Daily Mail Australia.

Any true Jack Black fan would have immediately recognized those signature moves. He did the same moves on The Red Carpet and in interviews after the opening of “Kung Fu Panda 4.” Funny man Black loves showing off his martial arts abilities. During the show’s Australian premiere, he demonstrated for The Hollywood Reporter.

Jack Black has been the voice of Po in the “Kung Fu Panda” franchise since the first animated movie. The character is a favorite for fans, young and old. It is also one of the star’s favorite roles. The signature kick and punches are a part of the movie, and the sequence appears in each of the four parts.

During an interview with Minnesota Parent, he was asked about Po’s Kung Fu style and if he had a signature move. Black’s response was, “Po’s style is sort of a soft and bouncy and a heavy butt squisher…if he sits on you it’s pretty much over.”

While Daily Mail Australia thought they had the star misbehaving, they only caught Jack Black being Jack Black.
