Home Décor Chain Announces Store Closures And More

Kirkland's

The retail landscape is fragile at best right now. In a struggling economy, people tend to watch their money more closely, which can have a significant effect on retailers. We’ve seen dozens of businesses go bankrupt in the last several years while others have made big changes to survive. Home décor retailer Kirkland’s is making strategic moves to not only stay afloat but to survive. Kirkland’s plans to shutter dozens of locations, but also has plans to transform existing stores to a familiar name. Some Kirkland’s stores will rebrand as Bed Bath & Beyond Home locations.
