De-Stressing Infused Water

  • 2 slices lime
  • 4 slices cucumber
  • 2 diced mint leaves
  • 1 sliced strawberry

Combine your ingredients with 10 ounces of cold water. Let it all sit for at least 5 minutes, then pour your infused water over ice and sip.

The lime is energizing, the cucumber is refreshing, mint is good for your tummy, and strawberry adds flavor. Delicious!

Lavender Lemonade

  • 1 drop lavender essential oil
  • lemon juice (6 lemons)
  • 1 cup raw honey
  • 12 cups water

Mix your ingredients in a saucepan, cool, add water and honey to taste. Cover and leave for an hour, then ice and enjoy!

Lavender has tons of health benefits. It’s great for reducing stress and calming your senses. The smell alone relieves my headaches! Combined with lemonade, it’s a delicious and healthy treat.

Chamomile Apple Tea

  • 1 tablespoon fresh chamomile flowers
  • 1 cup boiling water
  • 1 thin slice of apple
  • honey

Rinse the flowers, mas the apple slice in your teapot with a wooden spoon, add the flowers, seep, then strain into a cup and add honey to taste.

This hot drink will put you right to sleep. Chamomile is known as a sleep aid, but it also is used to treat anxiety, migraines, and upset stomachs. This comforting tea is good for your whole body while tasting great.
