Grown Men Break Out Kids’ Toys On “BGT” To Play — “Bohemian Rhapsody”?

Playtoy Orchestra on Britain's Got Talent

It takes a lot to shock Simon Cowell, and it’s always hilarious when it happens!

We got a good glimpse of a Simon looking bewildered on an episode of “Britain’s Got Talent” that aired almost a month ago. The band vying for a spot on the popular talent show is called Playtoy Orchestra, and they’re the first music band in the world that plays toy-instruments. They’ve been making strange, yet adorable, music together since 2002, so they were more than ready to show the judges what they’ve got during their “BGT” audition.

As Simon’s eyebrows rose steadily higher on his shocked face, the band banged out a surprisingly passable version of Queen’s “Bohemian Rhapsody” on a plastic accordian, tiny drum kit, and child-sized piano. The artists, all grown men, look more than a little bit silly as they play, and all of the judges look perplexed yet intrigued… except for Simon. By the time they finished with a tinny flourish, Simon’s muttered, “Thank God,” said it all!

Watch Simon’s funny reaction in the video below, and don’t forget to share.
