Through recorded history, elders have been among the wisest and most respected members of society. They were the story tellers, lesson givers and decision makers of every people group throughout the world. Without them there was no wisdom, no way of knowing how the world worked… they were essential parts of society.

When did Grandparents become people to be tolerated and not cherished? I for one am tired of seeing the elderly pushed to the sidelines, so when we stumbled across this incredible Grandson and his surprise for his grandparents, my heart soared.
The young man in the video below decided to do something beautiful for his wonderful grandparents. Their car broke down and was too expensive to fix, so he hatched a plan to get them back on the road.
“I have a gift for both of you. So I want you to open it together, I need to you read it aloud as well. Nan and Grandad… what does it say?”
He cleverly hid a secret message on the lids of three boxes, each hiding inside of the other. He highlighted one letter from the sweet message written to spell out VW and a Polo candy on the last.
