Golden Retriever Puppy “Protests” Leaving Grandpawrents’ House & Hilarity Ensues

Maizey is a golden retriever puppy. She turned a year old on June 29, 2024, and is almost fully grown but still a puppy. Goldens maintain that puppy-like “innocence” for their first several years and some throughout their entire lives. Yes, “innocence” is in quotes. Goldens are notorious for their innocent appearance and ability to appear angelic.

As with many puppies, Maisey adores her grandpawrents. We’re pretty sure they spoil their favorite golden retriever puppy rotten. And so it was one day, when it was time to go home, that Maisey didn’t want to leave. We’re unsure what behavior prompted her grandpa’s drastic measures, but he carried Maisey out of the house. Maisey did not look very happy as Grandpa unloaded her into the back of the car. There is a rumor that the grandpawrents have a large yard to run and play in and a swimming pool!

As they say, this is not Maisey’s first rodeo. Her pet parents post about her daily adventures, training, and even the special treats she got for her first birthday. Maisey’s pet parents treat her like an only child. Maisey will have even more reason not to want to leave her grandpawrents. They have adopted a little golden retriever puppy named Tillie, who is a bit naughty.

Although Maizey might be a bit spoiled, she is also an intelligent golden retriever puppy. Her mom trains with her daily, and she is very well-behaved. A little spoiling can’t be too bad.

You can follow the golden retriever puppy on TikTok to learn more about Maizey. You’ll also see her upcoming adventures with her new cousin Tillie. Please share this happy puppy with your friends and family.
