Have you ever been so excited about something that you just have to dig in the sand frantically before sprinting around in circles a few times? If so, you might be a dog. Specifically, you might be a golden retriever named Sonny!
Sonny’s parents, Jack and Madison, recently shared a video on TikTok that has earned Sonny legions of admirers from all over the world. The video was taken on Marion Bay beach in Australia, one of the couple’s favorite spots to visit. On this day, Jack planned to surprise Madison by asking her to marry him, so they set up a camera to “take a photo” of themselves. Except instead of taking a still shot, Jack set the camera to record video – and that’s when Sonny stole the show!
As Jack got down on one knee and offered up his ring, Sonny was so excited that he “got the zoomies” and started racing around enthusiastically. The pup is so cute and funny that more than 11 million people have fallen head over heels in love.
