“Full House” Stars Help Celebrate Lori Loughlin’s Return to Social Media

Lori Loughlin Social Media

Lori Loughlin is back on social media following a few tough years in her personal life. Lori and her ex-husband, Mossimo Giannuli, pleaded guilty in 2019 to charges of conspiracy to commit fraud after paying $500,000 to help get their daughters into the University of Southern California. Following the scandal, Lori Loughlin left social media before serving two months in a California prison in 2020. She’s kept a low profile for the last several years, but in August 2026, Lori decided to make a comeback, and she went big.

Lori Loughlin’s “Full House” Family Hard Launched Her Social Media

John Stamos, Jodie Sweetin, Candace Cameron Bure, Scott Weinger, Andrea Barber, and Dave Coulier all appeared in a spoof of the Wake Up San Francisco opening that Lori’s character, Rebecca Donaldson, hosted alongside Danny Tanner. The cast even included the late Bob Saget in the bit.

Seeing Lori Loughlin back on social media with her dear friends felt wholesome and sweet. Longtime Full House fans got a warm and fuzzy feeling from the nostalgic clip.

“Seriously, the best American TV that still gets along 30 years later,” a fan wrote.

Others remembered how much Lori Loughlin’s character meant to them. “I think about you every time I do my makeup! The way you taught DJ. Less is more,” a fan recalled. “Your character has always stuck with me.”

Of course, seeing Bob Saget made fans a bit weepy. “I am so glad @bobsaget was included in this. My heart was aching, anticipating not hearing his ‘Wake up, San Francisco!’ I’m glad we did,” another comment reads.

The social media clip made plenty of people smile, and they couldn’t help but watch Lori Loughlin and friends over and over. “Could this be any cooler?? I watched multiple times hoping it was going to be a real show. I’d watch it!” A die-hard fan shared.
