When we are having a tough day, sometimes, the very last thing we want to do is interact with someone else. That was certainly the case for a woman named Mary. In fact, there was one day when all she could do was cry while lying in bed. It was at that moment, however, that someone rang her doorbell. At first, she considered not answering it.

Luckily, she decided to answer anyway — and thank goodness she did! When Mary opened her front door, she was met by her elderly neighbor. She stopped by for quite an unusual, and funny, reason. Somehow, this sweet 80-year-old managed to get stuck in her jacket. She tried to get unstuck by herself, but it hadn’t worked. So, she was hoping Mary could help her. When This Woman’s Elderly Neighbor Needs Help, They End Up Helping Each Other in the Sweetest Way

As soon as her elderly neighbor explains her predicament, the two of them can’t help but laugh. It’s at this moment that Mary feels better than she has in quite some time. Plus, it’s clear that this moment meant the world to this sweet lady as well. In fact, she’s able to crack jokes, asking that Mary doesn’t tell her husband about this incident…

“Someone needs me and I feel better about life,” Mary shares in the caption of her video. “And, I promised not to tell her husband hahaha.”

“I’m so glad she was comfortable enough to go to you!!!” someone in the comment section points out, with another adding, “God sent [an] angel in the most ridiculous way.”

“You were trapped in your feelings, she was trapped in her coat,” a third person adds, “You both rescued each other.”
