Thanks to the Internet, parents can now embarrass their children in front of the entire world instead of just a few friends.
A quick glance at Joe Beffer’s Twitter account reveals the fun dad from Tulsa, Oklahoma loves family, soccer, and Halloween. His daughter Anna has followed in his footsteps. She’s currently a college soccer player, and we’re certain he’s her biggest fan – but that doesn’t mean he can’t enjoy poking fun at her every now and then.

This year, Joe apparently got his Halloween costume early and couldn’t wait to try it out. In a short video Anna shared on Facebook, we can see exactly what got him so excited. The outfit is hilarious! Joe selected an inflatable alien suit that makes it look like he’s being abducted and carried around by a giant Martian.
Of course, he gets into character to give his daughter the prank she deserves! “It’s real! Area 51! They let them loose,” Joe cries as he wrestles helplessly to free himself from the “alien’s” grasp. “Help me! What are you running away for?”

The alien yanks Joe right out of his home and drags him across the lawn to a nearby tree. Holding on for dear life, Joe continues to appeal to his daughter for help.
“Stop! Help me! Call Diane!” Joe pleads with comical fervor as he’s dragged away from the tree and around the back of the house.
We’re not sure how Anna kept from laughing as she witnessed the bizarre spectacle, but maybe she’s just used to this sort of thing from dear old dad. “Had to share this,” she wrote on Facebook. “My dad just… wow.”

Thankfully, it seems like Anna inherited her dad’s great sense of humor, so she wasn’t too embarrassed by his crazy antics. But in all honesty, he’s our new hero! Everybody else can just go home because Joe Beffer has officially won Halloween 2019.
