A woman was completely taken by surprise when this deer started playing peekaboo with her from behind a tree! Dawn Buck caught the funniest footage of this animal “hiding” in her backyard. In the clip, the curious deer couldn’t help but poke her head out to observe the human. That’s when the woman realized that the creature was basically playing the classic childhood game with her!

Dawn moved to one side so that the tree would obscure her from the deer’s line of sight. Immediately, the animal’s head popped back into view. When the woman moved to the other side, the deer followed, effectively playing peekaboo with her! This went on for several rounds, and Dawn had to laugh at the silliness of the situation.
“Dude, are you serious?” the woman asked.
Eventually, Dawn started saying “Peekaboo!” in a cutesy voice every time the deer stuck her head out from behind the tree. Apparently, the creature didn’t enjoy being infantilized in this manner. It wasn’t long before she walked away from the game.
