Family Band’s Incredible Audition Brings The Funk Back To “America’s Got Talent.”

We’ve seen so many incredible acts on “America’s Got Talent,” but every so often, a group comes along that makes us stop and say, “Wow.” The Curtis Family C-Notes did just that!

This family of seven hails from San Francisco, California. They are comprised of parents Maestro Curtis and Miss Nola Curtis (AKA “Mama” and “Papa C.”) and their five children, 16-year-old Zahara, 15-year-old Nile, 14-year-old Isis, 12-year-old Kiki, and 10-year-old Phoenix.

Each relative plays a variety of musical instruments and lends their gorgeous voice to pull off their flawless masterpieces. Not only do they play funky classics, but they also include their own original compositions!

Celebrity judges Heidi Klum, Simon Cowell, Howie Mandel, and Sofia Vergara were instantly smitten by the family’s ’70s chic look, complete with colorful bell-bottoms. True to form, they performed “I Was Made to Love Her” by Stevie Wonder, and they absolutely nailed it.

It’s hard to pick one member of the band to watch because they’re all so amazing! By the time they reached the last note, three of the judges were on their feet for a standing ovation.

We can’t wait to hear more from these gifted musicians! Hear The Curtis Family C-Notes for yourself in the video below, and don’t forget to share this story.
