As much as we humans enjoy taking in the beauty of nature and wildlife, we aren’t the only ones who enjoy stopping to smell the roses every once in a while. Even our fellow animal friends find themselves enamored by adorable creatures that scurry in the woods. It seems that’s exactly what happened when this doe was enjoying her day in a New Hampshire forest.
A camera along one of the trails captured the moment. In the video, the doe can be seen maintaining a safe distance from whatever caught her ear. But once a bobcat kitten runs past, the doe becomes braver.
Once she gets closer, she’s better able to appreciate the adorable creatures that are all around her — for a moment, anyway. Like humans, she, too, had to be on her way once she realized it would be safer to do so. In any case, it’s absolutely adorable how similar we can be to our animal friends!
