Impatient Toddler Defies Military Procedure, Suddenly Runs Into Arms Of Female Soldier.

Young Cooper Waldvogel waited impatiently in the crowd of a military reunion ceremony. Then he suddenly decided he had waited long enough to see his mom again. He probably figured cutting the wait short a minute or two wouldn’t make much difference in the grand scheme of things. After all, this was the first time he’d seen her in nine months, and really, what could they do, send him to Leavenworth?

So he did what any self-respecting little boy would do and broke rank and ran to greet her.
