Tiny 6-Yr-Old’s Heavenly “Somewhere Over The Rainbow” Cover Brings Judge To Tears.

Some moments are so exceptional that they withstand the test of time. Take Connie Talbot’s audition for “Britain’s Got Talent,” which is every bit as incredible now as it was when it happened 10 years ago.

Trust me, you’re going to want to get your tissues ready. At just six years old, Connie was probably pretty nervous walking out onto the television show’s stage. When judge Piers Morgan asked her what her talent was, she admitted she was a vocalist and that she’d been singing since she was two years old!

After some “awwwws”from the audience (she is incredibly adorable, after all), Connie begins. And that’s when the true magic happens.

With perfect pitch and a crystalline voice that would melt even the iciest of hearts, Connie goes on to sing a stunning rendition of “Somewhere Over the Rainbow.”

It’s chill-inducing and even makes judge Amanda Holden cry. The audience lets out a roar when Connie finishes, and many of its members jump to their feet.

Both Piers and Amanda express their love for her performance before the camera pans to notoriously icy judge Simon Cowell. “Connie, I’m going to talk to you like an adult, okay?”he says, as the audience braces for what’s next. “I thought you were fantastic. Connie, I only have one question: Was that really you singing?â€

Connie gets the unanimous vote to move onto the next round and she even made it to the final for the show! Hear the mini songbird’s incredible performance for yourself below and share to spread some love.
