Merv is a female cat. She is very talkative and constantly converses with her human dad. Some of the sounds she makes even sound like actual words. This very vocal cat will tell her dad when she is happy and when something is upsetting her. He recently gifted the cat a squash, and her reaction was priceless.

She runs out of the hall when he tells her she has a Christmas gift. When the cat sees the squash, she arches up, unsure what to make of it. She looks up at her dad as if to say, “What do I do with that?” He just giggles and tells her to guess who brought it for her. She scurries past it, mumbling, “ChaRALS.”
Charals is a big part of Merv’s life. She is smitten with him. Her dad tries to tell the cat that the butternut squash, or “sqwanch” came from “Santa Bagagwa.” Merv prances back in, meowing, “No way.” She stares him down, and her dad finally admits it is from Charals; she growls, “You’re lying…”
After that, she charges around the house looking for Charals. Unfortunately, he doesn’t appear to be there at that moment.
