There’s nothing quite like being greeted by your pet after a long day at work. As someone who works in the film industry, Ksenia Stassiouk can especially relate. Because she’s a scrip supervisor, she has shifts that are 12 hours long, meaning she’s often out of the house for 14 hours a day. Every time, though, she looks forward to getting a special warm welcome back home.
For starters, there’s Ksenia’s husband, Spencer. But there’s also their 9-year-old lynx point Siamese rescue cat, Feta. This adorable feline loves to break out of their apartment so they can greet mom as soon as possible! Now, the cat and Spencer have made it a game to surprise Ksenia in new, silly ways when she arrives!
“Working such long hours really takes all headspace and time,” Ksenia said. “But when I come home and find them being silly, I just laugh! It just reboots my brain! What else matters when your cat is a warm little hot dog.”
