93-Yr-Old Bursts Into Tears When Grandson Surprises Her With Special Audiobook.

For people who are visually impaired, audiobooks provide a bridge to the vast expanse of knowledge and entertainment that books provide. Cameron Manwaring’s grandmother Roma is 93 years old and has lost most of her eyesight due to macular degeneration. Since she can’t read anymore, Cameron decided to give her a thoughtful gift.

Before Roma’s husband passed away 12 years ago, he wrote an autobiography. The book is about 400 pages long, and it describes how the lovebirds met and spent their lives together. Months ago, Cameron began the process of reading every precious word aloud. His goal was to create a customized recording of his grandfather’s book just for Roma. He finished the project right before Christmas, and when he gave it to her, Roma had the sweetest reaction ever!

Watch Roma instantly recognize her husband’s words in the video below, and don’t forget to share this story.
