While driving down the road in San Diego, California, an older couple’s car caught on fire, prompting a group of strangers to come to their rescue.

A man and a woman who were driving by happened to catch the intense moment on camera. In a video, bystanders can be seen dragging the grandparents out of their car as the flames only seem to grow.
They rushed to move the couple away from the car until firefighters from Lakeside Fire District arrived. Although the grandparents did sustain some burns, thanks to these brave strangers, they were rushed to the hospital where they are expected to make a full recovery.
