Every woman dreams of having all of her loved ones present on her wedding day. However, sometimes life gets in the way, and this is not always possible.
That is exactly what happened to Camryn Seifert, whose beloved grandpa Dean had to miss her big day due to health issues. When Camryn found out that he could not make it, she just knew that this was heartbreaking for him, as she knew he really wanted to see her in her beautiful white dress.
For this reason, Camryn and her husband decided to get a little creative… by bringing the wedding to grandpa Dean! The newlyweds got dressed up again and went to grandpa Dean’s house to surprise him – and judging by his reaction, he was definitely surprised!
“Oh my God!” said grandpa Dean, with tears in his eyes.
Although he could not make it to the actual wedding, Camryn’s sweet gesture meant the world to her grandpa, whose dream of seeing his granddaughter wearing her wedding dress came true!
Camryn said they all watched her wedding video in the living room, which also made him feel like he was a part of this very special moment.
“We had the best time,” Camryn wrote. “I’m glad we got to share this special moment with my amazing grandpa.”
