This Thai TV ad begins with a little boy getting caught stealing pain killers for his sick mother. Instead of running away, the boy stands there and gets verbally accosted.
But a restaurant owner across the street steps in an displays great kindness. Visibly shaken and close to tears, the little boy runs off. Fast forward 30 years and we find the restaurant owner with medical bills he cannot pay, in dire need of help himself.
