We’ve seen our fair share of Halloween costumes for animals, but the pics you’re about to see really take the cake!
Christian and Lisa Seger describe themselves as “two city-kids turned farmers.” The couple own and operate Blue Heron Farm in Field Store, Texas, where they raise goats, pigs, and other animals in a humane and environmentally friendly manner.

Christian and Lisa are no strangers to dressing up their animals; in fact, a quick glance at their Facebook page reveals that it’s pretty much par for the course at their farm.
Case in point: here’s a goat wearing a banana hat.

Sure, why not? To be perfectly honest, if you have a barnyard full of animals and you’re not dressing them up in cute Halloween costumes, what are you even doing with your life? Get to it!

These young farmers recently welcomed a large litter of puppies into their lives, so naturally with Halloween approaching, it wasn’t a question of if the pair would dress up their teeny tiny puppers, but when… and as what.
“We’ve been working on the puppies’ Halloween costumes,” Lisa tweeted at the end of September. “Execution has proven vastly more difficult than concept.” In spite of the challenges, Lisa and Christian came up with a unique and creative costume for their pups for each day of the month leading up to Halloween. Here are a few of our favorites.
