This abandoned puppy may have come home with a human, but the family’s blind cat is the one who truly adopted him! A TikToker shared the most beautiful video of her kitty, Hattie, taking care of the little dog her boyfriend brought home. This sweet feline took it upon herself to lick the puppy clean just as though he were her son! The pair was also spotted snuggling together in the same pet bed.
In her caption, Hattie’s owner explained that the blind cat had to be rescued from a hoarding case. She also shared in the comments that the poor feline might have been euthanized if not for her intervention! Now, this cat has both a loving home with a great family and a new puppy to care for! Things couldn’t have turned out better for the adorable creatures.
“We don’t deserve animals,” wrote one commenter. “They feel at a level we will never comprehend.”
