It’s not often that “Britain’s Got Talent” judge Simon Cowell is stunned into silence, but when it does happen, he’s got our attention!
When the Russian acrobat group, Angara Contortion, auditioned in 2017, their incredible performance left the crowd absolutely breathless. The four contortionists, all dressed in skin-tight blue bodysuits, managed to bend their bodies into the most impossible positions we’ve ever seen. More amazing yet, they made it all look so easy!
The four contestants told the judges that they’d traveled a long distance in order to audition, but they didn’t let a little jet lag stop them from putting on an impressive display of bodily control we didn’t think possible. At one point, one of the performers is in a full split on the floor when, suddenly, she comes to a standing position… as if by magic!
“That was one of the most stunning things I’ve ever seen on this show,” claimed judge David Williams.
“That was just a visual treat!” Alesha Dixon added. “I’m in awe!”
