A spontaneous driver, aptly named Jésus, offered a detour from the ordinary to 3 immigrant workers. “Disneyland,” he announced, flinging open an invitation to revelry over routine. Their day transformed into an enthralling rollercoaster ride — both literally and metaphorically.
The workers were wearing Mickey Mouse ears, and the joy they felt reminded them of the childhood magic they had missed. Then, culminating the day, Jésus handed each a sumptuous $200, saying it was with “love on behalf of his followers.”
