Man With Down Syndrome Has Wholesome Moment With Batman
Believe it or not, Batman first appeared in Detective Comics No. 27 in May 1939. For 85 years, fans have followed the life of Bruce Wayne, a wealthy businessman by day who fights crime at night. Devoted fans love to follow his adventures, and many would love to meet the Caped Crusader in person. But as we know, Batman is elusive, and meeting him in person is no easy task.
Pubity recently shared a video on Instagram of a fan meeting Batman in real life, and it is truly heartwarming The man with Down syndrome is standing outside, wearing a Batman T-shirt, when the superhero approaches him. The pair embrace and it is clear Batman is just as excited to meet his fan as the man is to meet him.
Instagrammers loved the sweet interaction.
Someone wrote, “I can’t properly verbalize the beauty of seemingly small things like this.”
This person wants to be Batman, too. “Just another reason I need to get a bat suit. So I can do things like this… and fight crime.”
Of course, it brought tears.
“Not me crying in the middle of the gym,” an Instagrammer wrote.
This person agreed, “One of the most magical, beautiful moments I have ever seen.”
This will undoubtedly be a core memory for everyone. “They will both remember that for their remaining days.”
