Back in 1966, The Beach Boys released their critically acclaimed record Pet Sounds. Classic songs like “Wouldn’t It Be Nice” and “Sloop John B” still get plenty of airtime today, but “God Only Knows” has always been a personal favorite.

In the video below, a barbershop quartet gives an impromptu performance of the 1966 hit with an incredible a capella twist. The group recorded “God Only Knows” for an award winning video game called Bioshock which is set in the late 60’s. I had no idea video games could be so classy!
