Judges Were Skeptical Of His Strange Act At First, But Seconds Later The Entire Crowd Was On Their Feet!

Village people YMCA Act Americas Got Talent

When Christopher took the stage at America’s Got Talent, the judges didn’t quite know what to expect. The 54-year-old walked out dressed in an Indian costume, that left everyone scratching their heads. Without giving any context or clue as to what he was about to do, he quickly left the stage after introducing himself… but what happened next will totally make your day.

The iconic intro to song YMCA by the Village People started to play. Christopher ran out on stage with a contraption no one had ever seen before… a complete puppet representation of the Village People was hanging from his shoulders.  Christopher was in the center, manipulating them all. As the chorus neared and Christopher did his thing, everyone in the crowd started to sing and dance along – hand motions and all.

The life long performer admitted he’d been doing his act for the better part of 30 years. He never was able to find a group to perform with, so he decided to strike out on his own. Though Christopher might be a little lonely in his endeavour, watching him perform his hilarious act in front of thousands of people brought a huge smile to my face.

Check out his incredibly entertaining routine in the video below. You’ll be singing along in no time!
