U.S. Air Force Band Does One-Of-A-Kind Flash Mob At The Smithsonian.

When visitors walked into the Smithsonian museum this December, they definitely were expecting to see an array of fascinating items from our nation’s history. What they weren’t expecting was a full-on flash mob hosted by the Department of Defense.

“Starting with a single cellist on the floor of the National Air and Space Museum’s ‘Milestones of Flight’ gallery, and swelling to 120 musicians, The U.S. Air Force Band exhilarated museum visitors with its first-ever flash mob,” reads the video’s description.

Led by the band’s commander and conductor, Col. Larry H. Lang “Jesu, Joy of Man’s Desiring/Joy to the World,” they performed with elegance, grace and perfection. Other than those pretty spectacular descriptions, the show was clearly entertaining as the entire crowd couldn’t look away!
