Pet parents go out of their way to make sure their four-legged friends are comfortable, but sometimes it’s the simplest things that actually make them happy. Golden retriever dads Matt Martensen and Nick Siderys discovered this when their dog, Maggie, found the weirdest place in their home to get comfy. In a hilarious TikTok video, they showed how the pooch had wedged herself into a tiny space behind a large piece of furniture to take a nap! After the clip went viral online, Matt told Newsweek that this wasn’t an unusual occurrence.
“Anywhere that is tight, she finds a way to squeeze in,” he said. “The space between our windows and the counter was the perfect spot for her.”
He continued, “First, I thought this was the cutest thing in the world, but then I realized that it’s her way of finding a safe place.”
