For Eli Quiroga’s grandmother, there is no better birthday present than getting to see her granddaughter… or so she thought!
When this grandma, better known as “Abuela,” realized that Eli also bought her a birthday gift, she could not thank her enough – even before unwrapping it.
“It is more than enough with your visit,” said Abuela as she was unwrapping her gift.
Although she was already filled with joy just from seeing her granddaughter, as soon as she realized what the gift was, her face instantly lit up even more. Her precious granddaughter surprised her with something that she had been wanting for years: a doll that she named Marilú.
Like a kid getting their most-wanted toy on Christmas Day, Abuela’s reaction to getting the doll is beyond precious. In a video posted by Eli, you can see that Abuela cannot help but shout with joy while she holds the doll close to her face… as if it was her most prized possession!
“You don’t know Eli… that all of my life, I’ve wanted to buy a little doll,” said Abuela. “How pretty… my Marilú!”
