Rumors swirled, but people remained quiet about the project until now. According to People, Jamie Lee Curtis confirmed a Murder, She Wrote movie at the premiere of Freakier Friday.

“Oh, it’s happening,” Jamie Lee said, warning that it’s not going to happen soon. “We’re a minute away. But very excited. Very excited.”

Jamie Lee Curtis Can’t Wait To Start Murder, She Wrote

Even though filming isn’t starting immediately, Jamie Lee Curtis said she’s very excited about Murder, She Wrote.

“But I’m tamping down my enthusiasm until we start shooting. I have a couple other things to hustle and then I’ll get to enjoy that work,” she told Entertainment Tonight.
