When Ms. H walked into her kindergarten classroom to prep for the new school year, she was not expecting to see what she saw.
For this reason, she decided to record her first impressions while she toured the classroom.
In this video, the teacher showed the overall look of her classroom: gray and blue desks, chairs, and empty shelves. As she walked through the classroom, she started to realize how much work (and money) this classroom would take to make it more kindergarten-friendly – something that made her feel “frustrated.”

But after posting the video, the teacher’s frustrations quickly changed into nothing but gratitude. Apart from receiving an outpouring of support from family and friends, Ms. H got an overwhelming response from total strangers on TikTok who did not hesitate to donate to her Amazon wish list.
Within just days, Ms. H’s classroom changed from being colorless and dull to a fun and colorful space!
“I did spend some of my own money, but I am feeling SO MUCH BETTER,” the teacher wrote.

It is hard to believe this is the same classroom that she showed in that first video! We love to see what a difference it makes when people step in to help a good cause.
Now, thanks to this teacher and these kind strangers, these students will be able to learn in a creative and fun environment – as they deserve!
