That is exactly what TikTok user Kali did when she saw her great-grandmother feeling a little extra homesick.
According to Kali, her great-grandma, who had been staying with her while her house was being renovated, had been reminiscing about her times in Jamaica. Specifically, she mentioned to Kali that she missed eating Guinep (a fruit from Jamaica) under a tree in her backyard.
That’s when Kali decided to give her beloved great grandma the best surprise: a bag full of this delicious fruit!
As soon as she opened the bag, Kali’s great-grandmother’s face drastically changed from being serious to nothing but joy. Her reaction can be compared to the one of a kid opening up a Christmas present from Santa Claus! She then proceeds to give Kali a big kiss and a hug to show how much that little gift meant to her.
