“My father hated the morbidity of funerals. He didn’t want one. And although I know people grieve in many ways—and I’m so grateful for all celebrations and events organized to honor him, as his daughter— I had to make my own decision to honor him the best and most genuine way I knew how…privately…the way that made me feel the closest to him. The only thing missing today was him in is pop-up lawn chair watching the waves… and the sunset,” she wrote.
According to US Weekly, Brooke Hogan also asked to be removed from Hulk Hogan’s will. New court documents reveal that Hulk’s only daughter has gotten her wish.
Hulk Hogan Left Everything To A Sole Beneficiary
Per US Weekly, Hulk Hogan’s son, Nick Hogan, filed court documents revealing his father’s nearly $5 million estate. Nick was listed as the sole beneficiary. His wife, Melanie Sky Daily, was listed as Hulk’s surviving widow. Hulk reportedly left behind $200,000 in cryptocurrency, $799,000 in personal and intellectual property. Hulk also left his right to publicity, valued at $4 million.
Following Hulk Hogan’s death, Nick paid tribute to his dad in a lengthy Instagram post.
“I would do anything to have him back but I know now that he will always be watching over me. I will always remember the lessons and advice he gave me and carry on in a way that I know would make him proud,” it reads in part. “Thank you for being the best dad in the world and thank you for being my best friend. I love you so much Big Dog and I will miss you forever.”
