Mom Has Unexpected Reaction To Dad’s Declaration About “The Next Person Who Makes A Mess”

Image shows a dad giving an ultimatum and the mom has an unexpected reaction to it.

Mothers are getting some extra slumber time after dads issue ultimatums in a new trend. With the entire family sitting in the living room, the father seems to put his foot down with the order, “The next person who makes a mess is going to bed early.” Several moms are displaying unexpected reactions to that threat. Laura Elizabeth Graham, mother of three, took quick action.

Several social media moms have joined in this trend. When the dad issues the ultimatum directed at the kids, the moms are throwing toys, popcorn, and anything else within reach. While their husband sits with his jaw on the floor, mom heads off to bed early. Seems fair to me.

Kimmy Houghton and her husband love traveling with their two daughters. When they aren’t traveling, they spend quality time at home. We’re not sure if the husband was involved, but the oldest daughter wasn’t. Her reaction and the look of shock on her face when mom unexpectedly tosses her popcorn is hilarious.

Instagram mom Jenelle does humorous things like picking her kids up from the school bus dressed like a T-Rex. Like the other moms, Jenelle wasted no time making her mess and racing off to bed. Judging by his expression, her husband didn’t make enough popcorn for the evening.

We Don’t Think They Planned This Unexpected Reaction From Mom

We saved the best for last. Sue Rose had the most natural and unexpected reactions of all the moms.

We’re not sure if Dad flubbed his line and said it too early or not, but Sue Rose was in the kitchen. She didn’t have a bowl of popcorn and a tub of toys to dump, so she improvised. The plasticware on the drying mat flew over the island and crashed dramatically to the floor. The dishmaster shower was a genius move.

For extra giggles, she had to double back to turn the water off.
